I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
