I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
