RUDEST STAFF EVER!!! They put me on hold and NEVER came back. When I did go in, every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.

This place is horrible! I don’t know about the dentist himself- I mean he did a good job cleaning my sons teeth. His office is run worse than a kool-aid stand. The girls are extremely rude and inattentive. They don’t answer any question or the phone. My appointment was canceled 30 minutes before my appointment so they could close the office early. I was given a new appointment and told the Doctor would not see my daughter at all. Then I was told the office would call me back in a week but they never called. I called and left messages and no one bothered to return my calls. I did get an answer once and was put on hold for 27 minutes and then disconnected. I called back and was immediately sent to voice mail where as I ran down my dilemma and discomfort with being disconnected. I called a total of 19 times today to only get voice mail every time. I left another massage but I know they won’t call back.

So in short if this kind of behavior is not being encouraged by the Dentist him self his staff is being paid to ruin his practice because I will bring my family to another dentist because there is no excuses for this kind of unprofessional behavior! So I recommend you visit another -any other because this office is being run in a horrible fashion and either he is encouraging this or a sleep at the wheel!
