The dentists are average at best but the staff is rude, impolite, careless, and probably the worse office staff I have even encountered. called today (4/18/11) to get an appointment for my daughter who is away at school and the SOONEST appointment they could offer was August 11th! When I asked for something sooner I was told "that's all we've got. Do you want it or not?" Have been in the office on multiple occasions when I have heard the staff talking opening about patients, mentioning names, conditions, financial problems paying bills. Talk about HIPPA violations. The doctors could hear the same thing but I never heard them tell the staff to keep it down. They also will not relay a message to a doctor if you need to talk to them. Stay away if you can. They ought to be sanctioned.
