They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
