It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current.

I am a big chicken when it comes to the dentist. I was amazed that I never felt anything, not even the anesthetic shots! Very compassionate and careful. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
