They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I was told to contact the office in one week to get the results of my tests. I called 1 week later and they had not received my tests. I called again 3 more times over the next few days with no answer. I finally drove to the office to find out if they received them and the office manager and a nurse (through a message to the receptionist) blamed me for not contacting them and told me that results take up to 1 month to receive. While on my way home from the office they contacted me and told me they did have my results after all. Over 1 month later and I still have no questions answered.
