They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
