The doctor was amazing and makes others in the same field look like beginners. Doctor was friendly and gracious. The staff was not friendly or gracious. Only the doctor makes me feel at home and relaxed. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. It's always a variety of music. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The assistant acts superior to the patients, as if she has "pull" there. She needs to leave. He would have more people joining the practice if he didn't have his assistant. Doctor does seem concerned with our health. With this new kind of concierge practice, the doctor needs to get away from the typical "doctor/patient" relationship and think about it becoming more of a "doctor/friend" relationship. Make the patient feel comfortable that they can tell him anything. Don't throw the title of "doctor" in front of his patients. Be a friend (who just happens to be a doctor). Behind the desk area seems to always be cluttered and getting worse. Very Messy. Bathroom was very clean. Exam rooms are also cluttered. I'm sure it was for convenience, but I don't like the monitor attached to the wall. I was more impressed with the computer being carried around room to room. Too many "pamphlets, advertising" in the room. I would suggest keeping those undercover. Sometimes there has been a fowl odor in the office coming from the kitchen area. I would, as many of his patients would, highly recommend him. We just turn the other way when we have to deal with his assistants.

Not really, it wasn't very clean

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, but they said they were going to!

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. The doctor has taken a few phone calls in front or me, but I was okay with it. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Staff is unpleasant. There is one who just doesn't understand and another one who thinks she knows it all and she doesn't. Mistakes are made and that doesn't look good upon the office. I'm afraid patients will begin to leave the practice due to the mistakes the MA's are making. We see it as patients, but the MD's do not. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. The seem to be up-to-date with equipment. You can tell they only want the best for their patients. I would highly recommend the doctor to anyone.

Doctor is always polite and never use foul language. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Never been given an apology when mistakes were made. It would be nice to hear an apology, but they will never admit any mistakes made. They will cover their actions before admitting the mistakes. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because of the way I am treated over the phone, as well as in person. Their office was a little too loud by staff members laughing and talking. It wasn't loud enough and some comments were inappropriate for the office.

They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. Only the physician and receptionist were friendly and gracious. I got an appointment quickly.Staff doesn't make us feel welcome. Physician doesn't follow up in a timely manner. Will take several days to return a call then again, there were times he called right away. A delay is understandable, but not several days later. Office is clean; however, messy at times with clutter, coats hanging on back of chairs, books, papers, in the front area. Exam rooms are nice, but a little cluttered looking with a printer in one of the rooms. Curtain to Lab entrance doesn't go with the decor of the office. Actually looks out of place. Remove it would be a suggestion. The waiting room is beautiful with the colors. Refreshing warm colors. Doesn't follow up as hoped. Prefer to speak with physician as they know what is going on. Passing info to staff doesn't always translate correctly to the patient. Especially when the staff are not up to speed with the medical terminology. Back office staff is very slow in understanding what physician wants and what patient wants. She just doesn't get it! None of them get it. It's like you have to spell it out. Physician is dedicated to his patients. Spends plenty of time. Goes out of his way to make the patient feel comfortable. Speaking voice is soothing. Smile is friendly. Dress code would be appropriate for back office staff. Hygiene would be appropriate for back office staff too. Very sloppy looking. Not a good fit for the office. Physician is highly respected in the community and with his patients. Many would leave the practice if it wasn't for the physician taking very good care of them. Rooms don't seem to be well stocked with necessary instruments or inventory needed. Doctor is always leaving the room to find something. They need to rethink their staff and reduce staff. They are worthless to begin with. In talking with MDVIP headquarters and contacting other MDVIP practices, other MDVIP practices do not have assistants. They do have someone to answer phones, schedule apppintments, but physicians do it all and the patient is more comfortable with the one on one. This practice needs to consider the one on one connection with patients. Overall, very respectful physician. Highly recommend physician only.
