It is always so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. An overabundance of medical offices are very difficult to get an appointment within a few days of calling. However, I have had wonderful experiences with Dr. Watson's office in getting in to see a physician when I need to. Dr. Acker and Dr. Watson are both very great physicians and I trust them both immensely.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

I will absolutely return to Watson and recommend him to others. I appreciate his relaxed yet detailed approach. He gave me lots of time and I felt he was really interested in answering my questions and helping me find an answer to my concerns.
