They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money.... However... they love to save the insurance company money! Dr Louis seemed more concern about insurance than the care of her patient. She was quit cold when she informed me that a recent emergency trip to the hospital for a severe allergic reaction that I had had...took money out of her pocket! Wow! how cold! I was very sick! it was the appropriate thing to do per my insurance.... and good common sense as well. I do not recommend her.... once again... how cold.
