I absolutely LOVE Dr. Kathy Chartrand!! I have gone to her for years. My previous doctors I was always hesitant in going to see because I felt that they would kind of ignore what I was trying to tell them, and just automatically go with the easiest, text book diagnosis for things....even when I KNEW there was more going on! Dr. Chartrand not only really listens, she makes sure she thinks broad when diagnosing. For years I had trouble with anxiety, everyone else just wanted to throw me on anxiety meds, with her she recommended I have my thyroid levels checked. Come to find out my anxiety was due to an under active thyroid! NO one else had ever bothered to suggest that! She's also very good with all the woman issues, and is comfortable to talk to about subjects that may be uncomfortable for young ladies! I have recommended many people to her! Best Dr. I have had yet.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They are always polite, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.
