They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. What I loved about their waiting room was the amazing chairs. They were so comfortable I almost fell asleep in them. They answered all of my questions thoroughly. They were extremely responsive and gave me so much vital information.

When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. The doctor was rather unfriendly during our appointment. I thought it was uncalled for.
