I hate this place. It is a complete hassle to get an appointment at a good time EVER!!!. Very inconvenient. Had I known that Picron would merge with them I would have chosen another orthodontist. Picron was AMAZING!!! I have never been so unsatisfied that I have searched for a review site to post something negative. Please get your schedules together or open up Saturday if you have taken on more clients than you can handle!!! Im sure your clients are mostly children, they do go to school and most of the parents work and since Woodstock is a residential area most of us work in the city of Atlanta which is about 30 miles away. I digress but I am seriously Disgusted.

I hate this place! Wish I was never in business with them. At first they are friendly and willing to accommodate, but once they get you to start paying the friendlyness goes out the window! U can never get and appointment at the time u need it. They never have anything or you have to book a month after your scheduled to come back! SERIOULY?! I hate hate hate them!

They didn't have any before-and-after pictures displayed, but I was shown some when I asked. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
