Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. My son and I were insulted and degraded while Dr. Abbott had my 10 year old daughter was in his chair. We were there long enough to get an x-ray, and Dr. Abbott walked up to my 3 year old son and insulted his hair and his face. Nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I am contacting everyone that I can to have this unprofessional, pompous, rude and verbally abusive quack's license revoked.

I do not like the dentist at all, however Dr. Abbott was kind enough to calm all fears that I had and ensure I was comfortable with my procedure before we got started. His staff was professional and very clean, the office was quite enjoyable and easy to handle. i dont mind going back even though i really have a fear of the dentist.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.
