I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it.

I have been a patient with Dr Friedman for many years. He has always had great service. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment, the office is always comfortable and clean, the staff is very friendly and offers to help reschedule if any appointment conflicts with my schedule. I have 2 children and they are both patients with Dr Friedman and they like him very much. Dr Friedman really cares about his patients. He has answered my 2 "emergency" calls for after hours/weekend teeth issues and has happy to help and answer my questions. I highly recommend Dr Friedman!
