During my consultation, they were very helpful and attentive the entire time. I felt very cared for. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. In fact misdiagnosed two children with bi polar disorder causing more serious issues than before. Likes to give children adult srength drugs

My daughter is loosing her current psychiatrist as he moves to retirement. Thought we would transition to the other office psychiatrist. Scheduling is tight, but that is to be expected during a staff transition. The change in quality of care was a kick in the gut! Dr. Kunze spent more time flexing his ego than addressing our questions and concerns. I wonder if the 11th Commandant was "Do Not Question Kunze." The good doctor even admitted that he had not reviewed our daughter's file, citing that he "didn't have time for small details like that."

We will not go back to Kunze, but we hate to change services when we are so far along with the other doctors in this office. We've always found the staff supportive and helpful in the past, but they seem disinterested in helping us now.
