I have seen this dentist for over ten years now. In the beginning, I was very satisfied with the service. However, over the years the quaility of service has changed. The front desk staff is not as friendly as before and Dr. Feldman has changed his policy regarding payments. Additionally, I recently had two bad experiences with Dr. Feldman's dental work. After getting a tooth pulled and three fillings, one tooth near the one pulled and the two with the fillings are extra sensitive. I can't drink anything too hot or cold and they are sensitive to sweet foods. This should not be the case! Prior to that experience, the time before that when I got a root canal, I had numbness and pain in my face for far longer than medically reasonable. I am sad to say, but I will be finding another dentist.

They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, it was fine

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

No, but I was able to read a magazine

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
