My focus was no pain in knee for daughters wedding that weekend. Doc wanted to know if appt. was for shot or other. Next appointment, when it is necessary, will be for surgery.

Requested to have shot of some kind in hips to relieve pain so I can walk better. Dr Crane came into room very pleasantly and said good morning mrs johnson. What can we do to make you more comfortable. Very happy to see him n know he is willing to help me. He seemed to listen closely analyze my problem and didn't sugar coat anything. I would recommend him to others.

Well good experience with Dr. Crane. He explained everything in detail before surgery, and surgery went well. Very good to work with, and explains himself so it can be understood. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Crane, and trust his judgement.

Very successful surgery after 4 weeks had pain level of 0-1. Dr. Crane is brief to the point and that is ok with me.

I came in with very painful left shoulder and left thumb pain related to arthritis. Dr. Crane's nurse is a sweetheart and settled me into the exam room, asking all the correct questions and a little personal conversation, which I enjoyed. Dr. Crane asked questions, did a good exam and gave me a cortisone shot. I like Dr. Crane's upfront, direct, and to the point manner. Dr. Crane then referred me to the hand OT specialist and she(sorry can not remember her name) was very helpful in finding me the correct splint for my thumb and then fitting it to be comfortable when I use it. The splint has helped relieve most of my thumb pain when I wear it and for some time after I take it off. Overall, I am very happy with the care I received and the improved pain relief and function of my left shoulder/arm/thumb. Thank you

Everything went real well with the check in at the front desk, check in at the doctor desk was good, the xrays went well, and the doctor was pleasant. I thought the whole process was great and done in a timely manner.
