Not sure what VLDsoccermom had happen, but I couldn't have been happier . It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

I am a proud mother of two beautiful children and I work VERY hard for my money. Not only is Dr. Black's billing clerk very incompetent Dr. Black is detached and sloppy in his technique as a dentist. They have hidden fees which they do not tell you about until after the services have been perfomed. Dr. Black did a very sloppy job and I had to have my teeth rexamined and fixed by another dentist afterwards.
