One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

I went to this dentist with a very painful toothache. My face was swollen and the pain was just too much to bare. I went to this dentist so I can have this issue resolved. The first thing that I noticed was that they only took an x-ray of where the pain was, but I was not certain because my entire left bottom teeth were in horrible pain. She did not even bother to further try to evaluate the problem and find out exactly where the pain was coming from. After sitting in a chair for not even 10 minutes I was told that I HAD TO GET A ROOT CANAL on the tooth that I felt was in pain but as I had told her, I was not certain where the pain was exactly as that whole side of my bottom jaw was in terrible pain. So she REFERRED me to an endodontist who did several tests and came to the conclusion that what I needed was not a root canal, it was my wisdom tooth that was pushing through creating pressure and pain throughout that entire area. I had to pay $125.00 for that visit to the endodontists, WHICH COULD'VE BEEN AVOIDED WOULD "MY DENTIST" HAVE EVALUATED AND BEEN MORE COMPETENT AT DOING HER JOB. Worst experience ever. I find it disturbing when a dentist sends you to have something done that you don't even need, ESPECIALLY DURING A TIME WHEN YOU ARE IN SUCH PAIN. Her office is very nice, but her services are horrible and not trusting. I now have a different dentist, and although his office is not as nice and modern as Sherry Rudd's, he is definitely competent in his field. I didn't mention that before that she had referred me to an oral surgeon to HAVE ALL MY WIDSOM TEETH REMOVED, COSTING ME ALMOST A COUPLE THOUSAND DOLLARS. This was my experience.
