Nurse checked medications. Asked questions about how I felt; chest pains, shortness of breath, etc. Took my blood pressure. Discussed slight swelling of feet from excessive fluid. Dr. Reeder came in and we discussed increase in Lasik prescribed at an earlier date. To examining table and Dr. Reeder checked chest, etc. with stetescope and had me take a number of deep breaths.Renewed Eliquis prescription for future. Set up appointment for visit in 6 months with Dr. Reeder.
My appointment was timely. A nurse came in and checked my blood pressure. We had a pleasant conversation while she checked my medications. Dr. Reeder followed soon after. He exudes good energy and a positive attitude. All my concerns were settled to my satisfaction. Thank you for having such good people working at Mercy.
Everyone was efficient and professional but still friendly. Each took the time to listen to my thoughts and opinions. Unfortunately, because the appointment was so close to my annual physical, Dr Reeder preferred to leave decision regarding blood pressure medication to my family physician.
