I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, Dr. Marable is among the best I have seen. He always go out of his way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Now as for his staff, thats a different story. There is one light skinned black girl in particular that is very arrogant and rude and has a smart mouth. I noticed that she is rude to women that are far more put together than she is. Jealousy i say. Its crazy but you have women like that. She is also rude towards other staff. But what do you expect with a bunch of women in the office. Next time i see this behavior, i'm going to personally address her. The other guy in the office is not on my favorite list either, the older black guy. So you may be referring to him and not the younger doctor, Dr Marable. Rest assured, Dr. Marable is very much professional at all times and highly respected otherwise i wouldn't be a customer. Maybe you need to ask for him, trust me you will know the difference.

My teeth cleaning was extremely rushed. My teeth were still very dirty when I left. Not only did I experience excessive oral pain after my appointment, it took me a long time to recover. If I had known how much pain I was going to be in after my appointment, I wouldn't have gone. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more comfortable. The examination areas are way to close together, not to mention how humiliating it is to be made to watch a short movie about how and why your teeth look so bad, i can't help I don't have insurance and haven't been able to afford to go to regular cleanings in 7 years. Not to mention you have to watch this while in the same exam area as another patient because they only have one computer that everyone must view these films on.
