It was nice to hear how much the staff respected each other as well as their patients. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of professionals. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist and his staff (from his receptionists to the dental techs!). They were all very professional, I want the world to know! I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain during my procedure, but they gave me a local anesthetic that took the pain away. I was very comfortable the whole time. In fact, I've been told by a friend of mine that the Dr. has installed a huge saltwater fish tank in the waiting room! I can't wait to see it! they are always a treat to see (maybe a silly reason to like a dentist office? it occupies kids at the very least, haha).Anyway, the Dr. and support staff were very confident and friendly and made me feel even more comfortable, like a friend of theirs. So, yes, if there is such a thing as a "favorite" dentist? this would be mine !

I wasn't too impressed with their level of oral hygiene. It wasn't terrible but it definitely made me nervous. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. The staff was very rude. I had an extraction and waited six hrs to be seen and he pulled the tooth and shoved a piece of gauze in my mouth and sent me on my way with a prescription for a week of antibiotic and one day of pain medication. I had pieces of tooth on the gauze when I removed it and hurt for days and also have a scab under my lip from the dentist rubbing the instrument on my face. When I called office back due to hurting I was told I would have to be seen again and I guess miss another full day of work that I didn't expect to miss in the first place. I will not be going back for any future dental needs.

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations
