We were billed for a visit that never actually happened. Luckily we have dental insurance, and the "visit" ($41 dollars for a "limited oral exam") was covered by them. However, the date they claim this happened all that I did was come in, sit down in the chair, and get bullied to the point that I was uncomfortable enough to leave. The dentist and hygienists/nurses never touched my mouth or did anything but talk to me rudely.

Would not recommend this dentist to my worst enemy. The wait times are outrageous, i waited 45 min past my appointment time for a routine cleaning, and 35 to be taken back for a root canal (then another 15 back in the seat.) The staff was very short with me and made me feel uncomfortable. When I asked questions prior to my root canal regarding payment and what would be done (as i had previously seen another dentist who killed/cleaned the nerve out and put in a temporary filling), they did not answer my questions at all. I was just told we are doing what we are doing, and you will pay what we say, or I could leave. I left, after requesting my record and being denied them at first. and this was after having to wait 2 months for theroot canal on a large painful abcess. And being told i needed an expensive deep scaling which another dentist told me was completely unnecessary and even dangerous.
I left in tears, feeling very disrespected and frustrated.

Not really, I was given a couple tips but not very many

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They tried ti intimidate my 4 yr old son and told him he was being mean while taking his stuffed animal away. He was in there for a tooth extraction and very scared. They have no business working on children. The 2 times we went there we waited 1 hour or more past our appointment time.
