I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. The chair I sat in during my dental procedure was awful. It was seriously harder than a rock. They need to invest in more comfortable chairs. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. The first time I walked into their office, I immediately smelled an absolutely horrible odor. I don't think they've ever cleaned the place. It made me nauseous.
