Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. The cleanings took 15 minutes, which is impossible according to two independent hygienist. Gave my elderly mother only two choices for a big job crowns etc, feel she was being ripped off because he assumed she was elderly and rich NOT! Changed dentists he lost he lost nine patients from my family. Oh by the way the group takes cruises together which might explain the high dollar choices my mother was given.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Dr payne is the first dentist in my adult life that I willingly go to. He' also the first dentist I have ever been to that I didn't cry at some point during the visit
