They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. Dr. Bennett is totally awesome - compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and one who anyone that has fears of seeing a dentist should seek out.
When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.
Dr. Bennett does run late but it is worth it. He is very concerned that you don't have any pain. Only thing of note is that he is a paraplegic so you get leaned back further as he is in a wheelchair. I've been going to him for almost 20 years. I moved to Atlanta but couldn't find anyone as good as he so went back to him. A nice selection of magazines are in the waiting room. as well as a TV. When I need to see him soon, I always get fit in within a few hours and since it takes me 2 hrs and 20 min. to get there, it is fine. They also work with you to fit your schedule. They are not BC/BS preferred but do work with United Concordia.
