I can not even begin to express how thankful I am to have found this office! I have 3 children, the oldest being 23 and have NEVER had such a positive experience at a dentist office before.
I pray the day never comes that this business moves or closes.
The office staff is very professional, polite and helpful. Everyone is pleasant and never show any annoyance or frustration.
The dentist there is very understanding and kind with the children..not to mention unbelievably gentle.
My six year old daughter had to undergo quite a bit of work, which began at another dentist office. The first was a horrifying experience for her, she was traumatized. Although she was a bit apprehensive on her way to Small Smiles, shortly after arriving I could see her relaxing. The hygienist was a Saint...perfect for working with children. My child was actually smiling and talking....even after having her tooth extracted!
She was treated wonderfully...by everyone who helped! Not one tear was shed..... she didn't even know they pulled the tooth!
I was practically in tears myself, being so relieved that my child was at ease and pain free.
It was also very impressive how they worked with me on the total cost of the bill. I'm without insurance and have to private pay.... which is a hard thing for a single mother...but they worked up something that actually made it affordable for me.
There are still Angels that exist in the medical field and they work at Small Smiles!
I would recommend this business to everyone who has a child, without hesitation and with plenty of praise!
