What's the point of having a phone if they never answer it? No matter what time of the day it is patients are having a hard time getting a live person to answer the phone. Also they have a recording that refers you to a website in order to schedule appointments but the site doesn't exist.
Not only did I not receive any sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home, they rushed me out the door. It seemed like they couldn't wait for me to leave. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. The fillings and crowns I got only lasted a couple of weeks. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I wish they had let me rinse my mouth a bit more during my procedure, it was starting to get uncomfortable.
