We have gone to Dr. Harvey for many, many years. We love her and her entire staff. I have a large family and they are always accommodating for us. My children beg to go to the dentist! They have never once been afraid. The staff is extremely friendly and always loves to hear updates on what is going on in our lives. I see them interact this way with each person who comes into the office, not just our family. I have always referred others to Dr. Harvey. She is by far the best dentist I have ever been to and her staff is by far the nicest dental staff we know. I absolutely love them and will continue to go there as long as we can!

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. No sense of urgency in satisfying patients concerns but when it came to payment......

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of.
