IThey are just trying to make money off me because they kept pressuring me to get dental procedures that I know weren't necessary. They wouldn't perform the basic cleaning services when I refused their costly "deep cleaning". I've never hear back when I call. Several root canals had to be done over by other Dentist because Dr. Byrd did a terrible job at a cost of $700 each. and now one of my children has to have a crown replaced that Dr. Byrd completed. They know the actual cost covered by insurance provider and you will always need more expensive services than covered. Run away , run away fast, They will break you. Over $2000 dollars in deep cleaning charges in 1 year if I and my family had agreed. Scam, Scam ,Scam!

On my first visit to the Timothy Byrd office in Douglasville, I sat in the dental chair for over an hour before the dentist even spoke to me! And when I called today to get my xrays so I can go to different dentist, they want to charge me $25 for xrays that my insurance company has already paid them for! I am filing a complaint with Aetna. Very poor patient care. I give this office a zero, because that's what I got for my time and money a big fat zero!
