My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

No, I didn't have to wait very long

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Completely!

I have been a patient of Dr. Shortt for many years. She has always been very caring and is wonderful about explaing everything to her patients. I love her nurse-paractioner, and her staff is very attentitiave and helpful. I only wish she had kept her Portage office. The Valparaiso office is crowed and the wait can be long and uncomfortable.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
