They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
