All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They seemed to be an expert in every type of braces. They fully explained the advantages and disadvantages of everything from metal braces to Invisalign. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I would definitely say that this was a kid-friendly orthodontist. The decor provided a fun, comfortable atmosphere and there was magazines and entertainment. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. They didn't go into to much depth about how my teeth will look after the braces. I wasn't able to see any pictures or anything. The doctor didn't use gloves when he checked my teeth and used the same utensil on every patient without sterilizing it.
