Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I wish they had made an extra effort to use better toothpaste during my cleaning. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature.

I live nearly 60 miles from this office but every time I visit, it is worth the trip. The staff is fabulous and the professionalism of the dentists is absolutely first rate. I've been coming here for years; they got my dental health on track and I've maintained it ever since. Yeah, no one actually enjoys cleanings but it's something we have to do and the hygenists are all great. I feel relaxed and confident that they know what they're doing and I would highly recommend this particular office to any of my friends and family.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
