I wasn't impressed with the staff at all. I called during office hours four times before someone answered the phone. Once I did finally reach someone she did everything she could to avoid helping me. After all of the hassle I decided to cancel my appointment and choose another primary dentist. When I called to cancel my appointment- big surprise! No one answered the phone. They may all be lovely in person, but I will never know.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
