I called to make an appointment and was told that they couldn't because they're system was down and they would call me back. After I didn't receive a call back in a week, I called again and was able to make an appointment. When I arrived to my appointment, it seemed as if they didn't know who I was, probably because they didn't call to confirm my appointment like all other offices do. I was told to have a seat and they would be with me shortly, but shortly turned into me waiting for an hour in the waiting room. I didn't want to wait any longer so I decided to leave. When I told the receptionist that I didn't realize it would take this long and had to leave, she didn't even offer an apology. I couldn't comment on how the Dentist themselves were because I never had the opportunity to meet them. Oh well, there are plenty of other dentist in the area. I would recommend this dentist if you have hours to waste in the day.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
