I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment, but not enough. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. I probably would have decided to not do the treatment. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
