I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable.

I totally disagree with the other person. I was very pleased with this office. All the staff were so kind and made sure that i understood everything that was in my "treatment plan". I have never met a dentist with suh good chair side manner. i went in so nervous and by the time i left i was so comftorable and I felt like i made new friends. I would highly recommend this office to everyone. Thanks so much Dr. Grothe and staff!!!
