They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Their staff is a most friendly and welcoming staff. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine

The words below are entirely my own, without prompting:
My daughter and I were under Dr. Fakhouri's care for several years, and hope to be again, although we are not in that part of the country at present.
I cannot yet speak for the rest of the staff at this new location, but I know his standards are high, and cannot imagine he would choose to work for or with others who don't strive for excellence.
Dr. Fakhouri is always courteous and attentive while listening to a patient's concerns, very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the options, and is extremely skilled. He keeps the patient informed throughout procedures, and takes careful measures to minimize pain. He prescribes carefully for after-care, and makes time tor further questions or follow-up if necessary. We have ABSOLUTE confidence in him on either a technical or moral basis, and that is a compliment very few merit. I offer my sincere recommendation to those looking for someone they can trust with their dental care.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the way they make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate me. Dr. Fakhouri is very gentle and has great hands. Thank you so much! I usually get the appointment time I want. I love when I leave the dentist and nothing hurt, and I definitely didn't hurt after my appointment here.
