They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
