They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.No treatment plan given EVER. Office manager Andrea will freely break confidentiality an discuss client info in common areas of the office. Andrea refuses to allow people to communicate with the Dr. regarding issues with her professionalism and says Dr. Marini is unwilling to speak to clients unless it is through her. Miserable and unprofessional.

My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure.
