I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

Dr. Jackson's office always has an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They never tried to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and where I have had a bad experience, but Dr. Jackson's office always came through for me. She has a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
