There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
The office staff is TERRIBLE!!! They are unable to do a change of insurance correctly. I keep telling them I have new insurance, they take the info, then bill to my old insurance. They keep billing me for procedures not done.
Rockledge Dental is yet another example of a medical service out to rip-off the consumer. They REFUSE to schedule a cleaning without scheduling an exam first -- forcing you to pay for two visits. Then, they will determine which "level of cleaning" you will need as they have different tiers. And, of course the one that you need is NOT covered by insurance (ok, maybe 5% is). Receptionist is rude and not at all accomodating.
Have already notified about thee hundred people in my organization regarding this place. Will be meeting with our benefits coordinator as well. This place is ridiculous.
