First off all the positive comments had to have been the staff trying to boost the review ratings. The office is not the cleanest, receptionist was very unorganized and rude. The staff in the back were fairly nice and helped when I had questions but that was the only time I had things explained to me was when I asked. I haven't had a cavitiy filled since I was a kid but I don't remember the dentist then being so rough and the same filling has fallen out twice within the same month. I sure the dentist herself is a very nice person but I feel like she could careless about your personal comfort and just get in there and be done with it. If you have a choice between a couple different offices take the time to research each. I chose her because I didnt feel like looking around but now after problems with what could have been simple fillings I'm in pain and frustrated.

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
