They are a cleanly and efficient office, but at one point they kept me waiting in the chair watching a dane cook movie for _two hours_ before the dentist explained he had an emergency patient. No explanation while they left me with Dane Cook.
I scheduled an appointment, and the lady put the wrong date on my card. I told her, no, not that week. The week after. She scratched it off and changed it. Right before my next appointment, I got a bill for a no-call no show. I explained and showed them the card, and they said they'd forgive it this time.
I paid all of my copays (hundreds of $s) up front, yet a month later I received a letter claiming I had not paid a $17.00 undefined portion, threatening to drop me and turn me to a collection agency. I paid $600 as soon as they asked, and they _threatened_ me over $17.00!?
Never ever ever going back. Awful.
I just had my teeth cleaned at a different place, and they removed stains that Smile Dental told me were permanent.
