I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I felt like they really cared about me. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

I purchased a Groupon deal for Dental Exam, Cleaning, and X-rays (Up to $232 Value) and was informed when I called that the earliest appointment would be 3 months out. When I asked if there was anything earlier due to a possible broken tooth or lost filling, I was informed by the slightly rude receptionist that it would be an additional $80 for the dentist to look at that tooth. Isn t that included in a dental exam? Stay away. This place seems very shady. There are plenty of dentist in this town, don t waste your time or smile on this one.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Dr. Van Ness is very attentive and shows a sincere concern about your dental health. Likewise with Dr. Haddad, the Oral Surgeon, who comes to the office a couple of days every two weeks. As a matter of fact this is the best Oral surgeon I have ever experienced.
