When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the dentist is amusing and detail oriented.
