I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
